Hi! My name is Maya. I am a Research Scientist on Netflix’s Machine Learning & Inference Research team, where I work on open-ended research bets. I specialize in AI agent systems, and lately have been working on continually learning agent systems that improve over time from production and user signals.
Prior to joining Netflix, I was an ML Engineer at Regrello (acquired by Salesforce), where I worked on a agentic system for generating supply chain workflows. I completed an MSc in Advanced Computer Science at University of Oxford and an MPhil in Therapeutic Sciences at University of Cambridge on the Marshall Scholarship. I also hold a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Here’s a link to my resume.
